Kibele
One day, a pitch-black meteorite fell on the city of Pessinus (Sivrihisar), which contained the fertile lands of the Phrygian country. The only thing the people knew that came from outside the world was this stone. According to the belief of the Phrygian people, a mother gave birth to the first human, but the mother of the first human was not from this world. The rumor that this stone, which came from outside the world, was a gift from the mother of the first human spread in a short time in the country. The stone was given the shape of a fertile woman and was named Cybele. From that day on, Cybele has been known as the goddess of fertility not only in Anatolia but all around the world.
